Return & Refund Policy

Eligibilityfor Returns

Customers may request a return under the
following conditions:

  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Return request is made within 7–30 days of delivery (choose your window).
  • Product includes all accessories, manuals, and labels.

Non-returnable items

  • Electrical/electronic components once installed (ECU, sensors, relays, ignition coils).
  • Custom-ordered or special-order parts.
  • Lubricants, fluids, and chemicals.
  • Parts damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.
  • Items without original packaging or tampered serial numbers/QR codes.

Fitment& Compatibility Issues

For incorrect or incompatible parts:

  • Customer must provide vehicle details (VIN/chassis number, model, year, engine type).
  • If the wrong part was recommended by our team, full refund + return shipping is provided.
  • If customer selected the wrong part, return shipping is borne by the customer.

Defective or Damaged Products

If the item is defective or damaged on
delivery:

  • Must be reported within 48 hours with photos/videos.
  • Replacement will be shipped after inspection.
  • If replacement is unavailable, full refund will be issued.

For manufacturer defects:

  • Covered under manufacturer warranty where applicable.
  • Warranty claims may require testing/diagnosis report from an authorised service centre.

Return Process

  1. Customer submits return request via website/app/support.
  2. Our team verifies eligibility and issues an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
  3. Customer ships the item back in secure packaging.
  4. Once the item is inspected at the warehouse:
  • Refund is approved or rejected.
  • Refund is processed within 3–7 working days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment
method:

  • UPI / bank transfer
  • Credit/debit card
  • Wallet/store credit (optional)

Shipping charges are:

  • Refundable only for wrong/defective items.
  • Non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges allowed only for same product or compatible alternative.
  • Price difference (if any) will be adjusted.

Packaging & Condition Requirements

Return package must meet the following:

  • Item must be clean, unused, and undamaged.
  • Original box without oil stains, scratches, or installation marks.
  • Barcode/serial number must match our records.

If the part is installed or used:

  • Refund may be denied or restocking fee (10–30%) may apply.

Restocking Fee (Optional)

Applicable when:

  • Item is returned due to customer error.
  • Packaging is damaged or incomplete.
  • Part requires repacking or reconditioning.

Standard fee: 10–30% based on inspection.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation must follow normal return procedure.

Special-order parts cannot be cancelled.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns in
cases of:

  • Excessive return behaviour
  • Tampered parts
  • Returning different or used items
  • Missing components
